How do I pay for my order?

You can pay easily and securely with credit or debit card through paypal.  You don't need to have a paypal account to do this.

 

How long until I receive my order?

All of our bags are made to order so you should allow approximately 5 working days for yours to be created.  If you need your order quickly however then please let us know by email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

We send all parcels within the UK by First Class Recorded delivery which usually take 1-2 days to arrive with you and will require a signature upon delivery.

International delivery times vary.  Generally your order will take approximately 2 weeks to reach you but this is not guaranteed.

 

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

We will refund or exchange any item that you are not happy with as long as it is returned in unused condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.  Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

 

What is Uniquely Different's policy on privacy?

We will not sell, exchange or otherwise disclose any personal information that we collect from you.  This information is used solely for processing your order.
